VMGSim features a comprehensive system for modeling the removal of H2S and CO2 from process streams. The system includes an extensive slate of solvents, an advanced tower model that incorporates mass transfer effects along with a carefully validated electrolyte model that accurately predicts chemical and physical equilibrium. The following solvents are supported: Amines (MEA, DEA, MDEA, TEA, DIPA, AMP, DGA, Mixes); Physical Solvents ( SELEXOL, Propylene Carbonate, NFM, NMP). Note that any number of mixed solvents and/or amines are supported.
